Responsibilities
- Provide expert, compassionate care to critically injured patients
- Perform rapid assessments, triage, and stabilization
- Administer medications and blood products
- Coordinate care across ER, OR, ICU, and step-down units
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary trauma team using evidence-based protocols to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and critical care experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of trauma protocols and procedures
