Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Age 17+ with work permit
• BLS certification
• Reading and math skills appropriate to the role
• Preferred experience as STNA, PCA, or ACT
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to safety
• Ability to perform clinical skills such as catheter exchange, bladder irrigation, and dialysis support
