About the Role

This role involves providing comprehensive patient care on a 21-bed unit, primarily managing diagnoses such as chest pain, pneumonia, orthopedic, and bariatric surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Supervise and coordinate care delivered by LPNs and PCAs.
• Facilitate communication among physicians, families, and team members.

Requirements

• Current IA RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• No prior experience necessary.
