Acute Care Rehabilitation Supervisor

Department: Acute Care Rehabilitation
Schedule: Full time days 8:00 a.m to 4:30 p.m
Facility: Resurrection Medical Center
Location: 7435 W Talcott Ave, Chicago, IL 60631

Responsibilities

• Supervises Rehab Services daily activities
• Coordinates and supervises staff and clinical affiliates, treatments and activity schedule
• Assists in planning and establishing policies and procedures and development of new programs
• Trains and monitors competency of new and current personnel
• Assists in staff performance evaluations
• Direct patient care including evaluation and treatment as dictated by census with a negative variance
• Assists Director in management of department and assumes any delegated assignments

Qualifications

Education, Experience, Training:

• Graduate from an approved school with a BS or BA degree, Masters, or doctorate degree in physical therapy or occupational therapy
• Three years experience as a practicing physical therapist or occupational therapy
• Licensed by the professional licensing board of state
• BCLS for healthcare provider's certification upon hire and maintain current

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $91,852.80 to $133,036.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
