Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical operations of the inpatient rehabilitation unit
• Influence the continued development of a high-performing rehabilitation program
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
• Provide mentorship and training to staff members
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field
• Current licensure to practice in the state of North Carolina
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting
• Experience in supervisory roles and strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
