Qualifications
- Board-certified physician assistant.
- Acute care experience is required.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling
Full-time position follows a 7-day-on, 7-day-off rotation. Shifts for the day position are scheduled from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Approximately fourteen daily encounters, which include patient rounding and discharging.
- The hospital has a closed ICU with intensivists on hand 24/7. So, procedures are not required.
- Contribute to the rapid response and code team as part of our hospitalist team.
- Use Meditech and have access to our internal informatics platform.
