Acute Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Associate Cancer Care & IV Therapy Per Diem Sanford, ME
About the role
A compassionate Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Associate (PA) is sought to provide flexible per diem coverage in the Medical Oncology/Hematology practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to cancer patients in an office/clinic setting, chemotherapy infusion suite, research, pharmacy, and laboratory.
Requirements
- Master’s degree required; doctoral degree preferred.
- Successful completion of accredited Physician Associate or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current license issued by the State of Maine or eligible for licensure.
- Current BLS certification.
Qualifications
- Compassionate and skilled in providing patient-centered care.
- Experience in oncology/hematology preferred.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
