Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. Responsibilities
- Admissions
- Cross Coverage Calls
- Nurse Practitioner works independently alongside Nocturnist physicians
- No procedures are required in this role
- Utilize EPIC as the electronic records system (EMR)
Requirements
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Acute Care trained (Family Medicine training not accepted)
- Prior Hospitalist experience required – at least 1 year of inpatient experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
Schedule
Day shift is from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Night shift is from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
