Acute Care Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to hospitalized patients in a fast-paced acute care setting.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage complex conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, perform approved procedures, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe transitions of care.
• Document thoroughly in the EHR and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
