Acute Care Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to hospitalized patients by performing advanced assessments, diagnosing, and managing acute and complex conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and perform approved procedures.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
