Acute Care Nurse Practitioner

About the role

The Acute Care Nurse Practitioner performs comprehensive assessments and interprets diagnostics for hospitalized patients, develops and implements evidence-based treatment plans for acute and complex conditions, collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and care transitions, educates patients and families to promote understanding and engagement in care, and supports quality improvement and safety initiatives within the healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license and advanced practice certification.
