This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop custom pricing strategies for Elective Voluntary Benefits products
- Lead initiatives to enhance pricing accuracy and competitiveness
- Support the development and pricing needs of business lines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure pricing strategy success
- Identify process improvement opportunities to promote efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of actuarial experience for Actuary level or 3+ years for Actuarial Associate III
- ASA certification is required
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, actuarial science, business, or a related field
- Experience in pricing strategy for large Supplemental Health, Disability or Life product lines
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and VBA; SQL and Power BI skills are a plus

Pay
$131,750 – $192,500 annually
