About ACTT
Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) is a multidisciplinary, community‑based model serving individuals with severe and persistent mental illness who may experience psychiatric crises and complex social or environmental challenges. ACTT brings services directly into the community rather than relying solely on traditional clinical settings. The team works collaboratively with individuals to address mental health and psychiatric needs, substance use, housing and stability, employment and vocational needs, independent living skills, crisis prevention and intervention, and connection to community resources.
