Activity Staff (Double Weekend)

Responsibilities

• Aids in the development and execution of activity/recreational programs to enhance the lives of residents.
• Incentivizes resident participation in various activities such as arts/crafts, outings, religious activities, education, community service, and more.
• Collects and submits activity documentation and supply lists, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Participates in Resident Council Meetings and collaborates with the community, staff, and families to plan community activities.
• Creates and updates a monthly calendar of available activity/recreational programs and displays it in the center.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage and motivate residents through various activities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and company policies related to activity planning and implementation.
• Basic computer skills for submitting documentation and managing activity lists.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, families, and staff.
