Activities Assistant
We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Activities Assistant.
- Works with Director of Activities to deliver creative and exciting resident activities meeting individual needs and interests within the community
- Afford assistance with orienting all residents to activity programs
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions
- Must be a proven professional with compassion, integrity, and honesty
- Has the ability to work under pressure, resolve conflict, prioritize tasks, and follow through with creative ideas
- Has a keen ability to foster teamwork with coworkers, showing initiative in overcoming obstacles, helping others beyond the job responsibilities, and having a positive impact on coworkers, residents, and visitors
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Minimum three (3) years’ experience working with adult recreation
