Activity Aide
About the role
We are currently searching for Activity Aides to join our friendly, caring and supportive team at Bella Terra Lombard. Bella Terra Lombard is rapidly growing and we are investing in our Activity Aides by providing opportunities to further your career and with the tools and encouragement you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the emotional and social wellbeing of our residents.
- Interact with and provide companionship to our residents.
- Encourage residents to participate in activities.
- Schedule movies and plan parties.
- Organize games, crafts, and accompany residents on activities outside of the facility.
Requirements
- A tenth (10th) grade education is required.
- Prior Activity Aide experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable but not required.

Qualifications
To be eligible for consideration, applicants should have:
- A tenth (10th) grade education.
- Prior Activity Aide experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
