Activities Team Member

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and assist with informal recreational activities on the beach and throughout SKYLAKE.
• Greet guests warmly and encourage participation while respecting individual comfort levels.
• Facilitate games and activities for guests of all ages, following guidance from the Activities Supervisor.
• Aid with birthday parties, private events, corporate outings, and group activities.
• Help set up, facilitate, and break down activity areas and event spaces.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe activity environment.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance or supply needs to the Activities Supervisor.
• Adjust activities based on guest interest, weather, and instructions from leadership.
• Promote safe play and follow SKYLAKE Adventures' activity and safety standards.
• Represent SKYLAKE Adventures with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a guest-first attitude.
• Support teammates and step in as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Pay

This position is classified as non-exempt in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws. Hourly pay will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Hours are flexible and can vary depending on the season and operational needs. Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
