About the role
The Activities Assistant will assist in the coordination of activities within the facility, considering the needs, interests, and abilities of all residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing activities that cater to the diverse needs of residents.
- Engage with both residents and families to understand their preferences and interests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and supportive facility culture.
Qualifications
- Previous nursing home experience is preferred.
- New grads and walk-ins are welcome daily.
