Activities Supervisor - Youth and Teen Programming

Responsibilities

• Plan diverse resort activities primarily for guests ages 5-17.
• Cookout, poolside events, and beach games.
• Coordinate other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Supervise and train recreation staff, ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed.
• Aid in staff scheduling.
• Interact with guests to tailor programs to their preferences and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• Enforce department and property safety protocols and conduct regular inspections.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and facility cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management or related field (preferred, not required).
• Experience in resort recreational youth program management or related field.
• Leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Innovative thinking for engaging activities.
• Commitment to exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Dependable and dedicated work ethic.
• Comfortable working outdoors for 8 hours or more in Florida’s hot climate.
