About the role
The role of Activities Supervisor at Margaritaville is responsible for overseeing all activities and events that take place within the resort. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing various programs to enhance guest satisfaction and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities and ensure they align with resort goals and policies.
- Plan and execute special events, including but not limited to themed nights, live entertainment, and seasonal celebrations.
- Collaborate with other departments such as food and beverage, housekeeping, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
