As an Activities Director at Pawtucket Falls Health Care, you will have the unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents every day. About the role
- Developing and implementing creative and engaging activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to assess and develop individualized activity plans
- Leading and coordinating group activities, including games, arts and crafts, and fitness programs
- Facilitating social events and outings that promote resident socialization and community building
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain activity schedules and reports
- Conduct daily rounds to assess resident needs and interests
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and vendors
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
