Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and implement a comprehensive life enrichment program
- Ensure residents are engaged in meaningful activities promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life
- Plan, organize, and implement a monthly activities calendar offering a variety of engaging programs tailored to residents' interests and abilities
- Facilitate daily group and individual activities, including recreational, educational, social, and wellness-based programs
- Coordinate special events, holiday celebrations, and community outings
- Encourage and promote resident participation and engagement in all programs
