Facility: Rehabilitation Center of Orlando Location: Orlando, Florida Schedule: Full Time | Monday–Friday Salary: $50,000–$62,000 annually About The Role Rehabilitation Center of Orlando is seeking a compassionate and creative Activities Director to lead engaging, person-centered programs that enhance residents’ quality of life. Responsibilities Plan and oversee individualized activities and recreational programs.Coordinate outings, transportation, and community partnerships.Complete required documentation and administrative duties.Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and facility policies.Lead the Activities Department and support staffing and budgeting needs.Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to promote meaningful engagement. Qualifications Minimum two years of college; degree preferred.Must meet applicable state requirements for an Activities Professional or related qualification.Healthcare or skilled nursing activities experience preferred.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
