Activities Attendant

Description

We are seeking a dedicated Activations Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers in regard to their vacation package. This person will verify the customer’s qualifications for their vacation package and upsell additional packages or tickets to enhance the customer’s vacation experience.

Job Duties

• Aid customers through both inbound and outbound calls with vacation package activations.
• Verify customer’s qualifications for receiving selected vacation packages and upsell to include additional ticket packages to enhance their vacation experience.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping of customer interactions and transactions.
• Track and report daily transaction data including total revenue and confirmed packages.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering customer inquiries, resolving customer concerns and issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills with a willingness to learn new software.
• Previous experience in a call center or sales environment with a focus on ticket or vacation sales is desired.
