About the role

Join UNC Health Blue Ridge as a Life Enrichment Coordinator and play an important role in enhancing the quality of life for the residents we serve. In this position, you will implement and coordinate engaging Life Enrichment programs designed to meet the individual needs and interests of residents while encouraging participation, independence, and overall well-being.

You will work closely with residents, families, and team members, helping to create meaningful experiences that foster social interaction, physical activity, and emotional fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate engaging Life Enrichment programs tailored to the needs and interests of residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., gerontology, social work, nursing).
• Experience working with senior adults preferred.
