Our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Pinehurst, North Carolina (NC), was thoughtfully designed to redefine care through exceptional hospitality, innovative services, and a welcoming environment for both residents and team members. We are seeking a dynamic Activities Assistant to join our team of dedicated health care professionals.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisor.
• Encourages residents to participate in recreational social activities and organizes games, crafts, religious services, parties, etc. for the residents.
• Activities may include movie nights, parties, outdoor events, shopping trips, and games.
• Mets and visits with residents on an individual and group basis, and assists with crafts, and other projects, as necessary.
