About the role
We are Regency Olympia Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a skilled nursing community dedicated to providing comprehensive care and enriching the lives of our residents through compassion and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide and supervise enrichment opportunities to meet the physical, social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and recreational needs of each patient/resident.
- Assist the care team and residents' families in helping residents reach their highest potential.
- Provide resident activities on a group and individual basis.
- Promote and follow the monthly schedule of activities.
- Document medical records regarding residents' attitude, participation level, etc., and attend care conferences.
- Report to the activities director.
- Work independently.
- Relate positively and effectively with others.
- Advocate for the senior population.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license and private vehicle.
Qualifications
- Experience preferred.
Skills
- Positive interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of senior care principles and practices.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Part-Time Saturday/Sunday - 10-12 hours per week.
