Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing activities for residents.
- Encourage resident participation in activities.
- Ensure activities are tailored to meet the needs and interests of residents.
- Absorb and report on resident participation and feedback.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive activity program.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for working with the elderly.
- Basic computer skills.

- Patience and understanding in dealing with residents.
- Flexibility in scheduling and activity planning.
