Duties
- Organize and lead daily activities including games, exercise classes, arts and crafts, and social events
- Encourage resident participation and provide one-on-one engagement as needed
- Set up and clean up activity spaces and materials
- Observe and report changes in residents’ mood, behavior, or participation to the Activities Director
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all residents
