About the role

Create and lead activities for patients, engage patients in meaningful programs, work as a Team with the Activities Department. Must be comfortable driving facility van.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or a GED
• Minimum - 25 years old
• Valid DL
• Familiar with GPS and local driving area

Skills

• Must be able to lift transfer and mobilize patient weights of up to 70 pounds by self in confined areas inside Van
• Must be able to make complex decisions involving highly dependent patient base
