Activities Assistant
Your Role as an Activity Assistant
Lead activities that encourage fun, movement, creativity, and social interaction
Help plan, organize, and support activity calendars and events
Assist residents to and from activities safely and comfortably
Build positive relationships with residents and their families
Encourage resident participation and engagement
Assist with light resident support tasks as needed, including passing water and answering call lights
Work closely with the Activity Director and care team to create meaningful experiences for residents
