Activities Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Affords assistance in coordinating, directing, and delivering wellness and recreation programs tailored to the unique needs of each resident.
• Engages in hands-on participation in planned programs during residents' designated times.
• Participates in the planning, orientation, and supervision of volunteers.
• Supports the Resident Programs Director in identifying and implementing opportunities for resident engagement across emotional, physical, spiritual, social, and intellectual domains.
• Assists with the creation and distribution of marketing and promotional materials, ensuring they maintain high professional standards.
