About the role

Seal Rock Healthcare, part of the Atlantic Heights Community, is a fully-licensed Medicaid/Medicare-certified facility offering 105 beds. Under the ownership of First Atlantic Healthcare, the Atlantic Heights Community follows in First Atlantic's long-standing reputation for excellence in long-term care, assisted living, and senior living. Wages start at $15.45 and increase with experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute a daily schedule of activities including music, arts and crafts, exercise classes, games, and religious services.
• Provide meaningful bedside visits for residents who may be unable to attend group functions.
• Contribute new ideas for monthly calendars that cater to diverse cognitive and physical abilities (including memory care).
• Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress as required by state and federal regulations.
• Assist in the safe transport of residents to and from activity areas.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move activity equipment (up to 25 lbs).
• CNA certification is a plus but not required.
• Valid Maine Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Computer skills.
• CPR Certification.
