Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily group games, crafts, and social events as a core Activities Assistant on our life enrichment team.
• Provide one-on-one bedside visits and tailored programs to ensure every resident stays connected.
• Collaborative and independent planning of seasonal events alongside the Director to showcase what makes being an Activities Assistant so rewarding.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in life enrichment, senior care, or a long-term care setting is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and musical or artistic talents are a major plus.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, and deeply committed to a culture of compassion.
