As an Activities Aide, you will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of activities that promote health, well-being, and therapeutic outcomes. Responsibilities
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in interactions with residents, their families, and visitors.
- Assist and lead group and individual life enrichment programs.
- Evaluate patients based on their backgrounds, interests, abilities, and needs for meaningful programs.
- Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.
Requirements
- One (1) year of related experience in long-term care preferred.
- A degree in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
- Team player with a dedication to supporting colleagues and achieving team goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Schedule
Shifts available include 8-hour shifts, rotating weekends, and some holidays. Part-time positions are offered.
