Activities Aide

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and leading activities for residents, including arts and crafts, games, outings, and other recreational programs
• Partner with activities staff to create a dynamic and inclusive activity calendar
• Facilitate socialization and interaction among residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging
• Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity data
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop individualized activity plans that meet the unique needs of each resident

Ideal Candidate

• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in senior living or a related field a plus
