The role of Active Life Manager at The Waters Senior Living involves providing comprehensive support to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being, and managing daily activities to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents.
• Plan and implement social events and activities that promote engagement and community among residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure clear understanding and satisfaction.
• Document resident interactions and activities in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with seniors or in a caregiving capacity preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
