Who You Are

A fun, enthusiastic, adaptable instructor, with experience teaching school age children, and who:

• Knows how to create a fun, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Brings your own voice and creativity to each class you teach
• Is cooperative, supportive, flexible
• Is dependable, proactive, and thrives when given autonomy … and also appreciates support and clear expectations

What To Expect

• If your resume is a fit, we'll reach out to set up a screening call on Google Meet
• Candidates advancing from screenings will have a second video interview, in which we will ask you to share a sample lesson plan
• The final step of the process is onboarding into our platform, ready to accept classes!
• We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Pay

Teachers in the Togetherhood network are paid per class, either flat rate or per-student (determined by the partner school). This is contracted, supplemental 1099 work. There is a separate materials budget for teachers to use for classes requiring one.
