About the Role
Come join a vibrant, interdisciplinary team dedicated to meeting the complex needs of adults living with serious mental illness in the Bridgton area. We are seeking a collaborative, engaging, and motivated Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team Lead with active clinical licensure. This full-time, year-round salaried role provides both administrative and clinical leadership for the ACT team.
Responsibilities
- Oversees daily operations of the ACT team
- Supports and supervises staff
- Delivers individual, group, and family counseling for people with psychotic disorders and other serious mental illnesses across community, home, and office-based settings
Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited institution
- Clinical licensure as an LCSW or LCPC is preferred; however, strong candidates with conditional licensure who demonstrate solid leadership abilities and prior experience working with individuals with serious mental illness will be considered
- Experience supporting individuals with Substance Use Disorders is preferred
- Must maintain all required licenses and certifications throughout employment
- Current Maine driver's license and a clean driving record, as defined in Spurwink's Driving Policy, are required
