ACT Team Lead

About the Role

Come join a vibrant, interdisciplinary team dedicated to meeting the complex needs of adults living with serious mental illness in the Bridgton area. We are seeking a collaborative, engaging, and motivated Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team Lead with active clinical licensure. This full-time, year-round salaried role provides both administrative and clinical leadership for the ACT team.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the ACT team
• Supports and supervises staff
• Delivers individual, group, and family counseling for people with psychotic disorders and other serious mental illnesses across community, home, and office-based settings

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution
• Clinical licensure as an LCSW or LCPC is preferred; however, strong candidates with conditional licensure who demonstrate solid leadership abilities and prior experience working with individuals with serious mental illness will be considered
• Experience supporting individuals with Substance Use Disorders is preferred
• Must maintain all required licenses and certifications throughout employment
• Current Maine driver's license and a clean driving record, as defined in Spurwink's Driving Policy, are required
