Responsibilities
- Directs the clinical and operational leadership for the ACT team.
- Conducts and oversees comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for individuals admitted to the program.
- Evaluates individuals on an ongoing basis and coordinates treatment interventions to meet changing needs.
- Sets and assigns caseloads and service responsibilities to team members.
- Maintains an active caseload and provides direct services as needed.
- Supervises and supports multidisciplinary team members to ensure effective service delivery.
- Assists in recruitment, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and retention of personnel.
- Provides orientation, training, coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support to staff.
- Conducts regular performance evaluations and provides corrective action when necessary.
- Organizes, schedules, and distributes work assignments among team members.
- Communicates agency policies, procedures, and program expectations to staff.
- Ensures staff adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensures 24/7 crisis intervention services are available to program participants.
- Guides staff in accessing and coordinating community resources and support services.
- Supports implementation of recovery-oriented services, rehabilitation interventions, and peer support services.
- Reviews and monitors caseload activity and service delivery outcomes.
- Oversees maintenance of medical records and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Ensures treatment plans, assessments, progress notes, and other required documentation are completed accurately and timely.
- Develops and maintains staff schedules to ensure adequate program coverage.
- Collaborates with financial and administrative leadership to support fiscal sustainability of the program.
- Maintains program expenditures and promotes effective resource utilization.
- Maintains census levels necessary to support ongoing program operations.
- Participates in meetings, trainings, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Psychiatry, Social Work, Nursing, Rehabilitation, Education, or a related Human Services field; or Master's Degree in another Human Services-related discipline plus a minimum of three (3) years of direct care experience serving adults in behavioral health, intellectual/developmental disabilities, substance use treatment, healthcare, vocational rehabilitation, juvenile justice, or a related setting, including at least two (2) years of community-based treatment experience.
- Clinical licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LISW, RN, MD, or other applicable licensure required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience working within community-based behavioral health services preferred.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel throughout the community to provide and oversee services.
