About the role

The Role As a ACT Functional Support Specialist, you will be providing recovery focused community and home-based supportive counseling and therapeutic services, as well as linkage to and consultation with community resources for adults with serious mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery focused community and home-based supportive counseling and therapeutic services
• Linkage to and consultation with community resources for adults with serious mental illness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field such as Social Work, Psychology or Education is required
• Experience with adults with mental health issues and their families preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
• Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage
