Acquisitions Analyst

This role provides administrative and production support to the Acquisition and Due Diligence team. The Senior Real Estate Analyst will work closely with other members of the Acquisitions and Due Diligence team and may supervise, mentor and train other analysts. Employee will exercise independent judgment in day-to-day responsibilities with limited supervision. Responsibilities:Perform financial analysis of prospective acquisitions and development projectsPrepare investment packagesConduct market researchPresent market research to investorsProvide edits to client investment packagesPerform analysis on current portfolioMentor and train other analystsAdditional duties as may be assigned Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or graduate degree preferredAdvanced Real estate financial modeling experience required3 or more years experience in similar roleFamiliarity with accounting softwareExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenWorking knowledge of Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
