About the role

As an Acquisitions Analyst, you will play a key role in our team, collaborating with various internal teams and external partners to underwrite new investment opportunities, manage transactions, conduct financial analysis, and prepare investment materials like presentations and investment memos. Responsibilities
- Underwrite new investment opportunities and analyze financial data to assess real estate acquisitions.
- Manage projects and transactions throughout the acquisition process.
- Create compelling presentations, investment memos, and reports using tools such as PowerPoint or Tableau.
- Conduct market analysis and research to support investment decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including capital markets, property management, and regional development teams.
- Perform financial analysis to evaluate the performance and potential of investment opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
- Previous experience in financial analysis, real estate acquisitions, or investment analysis.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of real estate markets, investment strategies, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Tableau, or similar software for creating presentations and reports.
