Acquisition Test Manager
Qualifications/Requirements
We are seeking an Acquisition Test Manager responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and overseeing the contractual, financial, technical, and test and evaluation (T&E) aspects of complex acquisition programs throughout designated phases of the acquisition lifecycle.
Provides strategic leadership for T&E planning, execution, and management, ensuring compliance with acquisition policies, cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
Integrates cross-functional efforts across engineering, contracting, logistics, program management, manufacturing, and test organizations while overseeing contractor performance and acquisition strategy.
Represents the organization with senior government and industry stakeholders, resolves complex technical and programmatic issues, and advises leadership on risks, resource requirements, and program execution to ensure successful delivery of advanced aeronautical systems and capabilities.
