Acquisition Specialist - TS/SCI required
Job Description
As an Acquisition Specialist at Parsons, you will join a fast-paced team supporting mission-critical requirements for the Department of War and Department of Army. You will become part of a diverse group of 500 professionals delivering expertise in acquisition management, program support, and business analysis across Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood, Maryland, for a portfolio of efforts spanning 5 years and a total value exceeding $600 million.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior executives.
- Manage records, conduct business research analysis, and develop valuation strategies.
- Support administrative tasks and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Lead or participate in teams to deliver acquisition solutions and process improvements.
- Utilize strong computer, finance, and analytical skills to support acquisition activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective acquisition management and program execution.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in acquisition management support
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience in acquisition management, business analysis, and program support
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Security Clearance Requirement
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.
