Acquisition Marketing Manager
About the role
The Acquisition Marketing Manager will drive subscriber growth through paid media campaigns under the FOX ONE brand. Reporting to the Senior Director of Acquisition Marketing, this role is responsible for executing data-driven media strategies that acquire high-quality subscribers at scale. Collaboration with media agencies, creative, product, and analytics teams is key to driving performance and optimizing across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Execute paid media strategies to acquire new subscribers for the DTC platform.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop and launch performance-driven campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and programmatic.
- Manage media budgets and pacing to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Brief and review creative assets aligned to FOX ONE brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with lifecycle marketing and other business units to strategize and implement synergistic media plans, ensuring a seamless and optimized customer journey from awareness to subscription.
- Stay informed of industry trends and new opportunities in the paid media landscape.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital acquisition marketing, with a focus on paid media.
- Proven success managing performance campaigns in a subscription-based or direct-to-consumer environment.
- Hands-on keyboard experience with media buying platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, Google Ads, DV360, Meta).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into decisions.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is an essential function of the position.
Qualifications
- Nice to have, but not a dealbreaker:
- 2+ years of experience at a media agency.
- Experience marketing streaming, media, or entertainment products.
- Familiarity with the FOX brand and its audience.
Skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Experience with data analysis tools and CRM systems.
Benefits
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $102,000.00-153,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
