Key Responsibilities
- Provide project management and analytical support for DoD acquisition programs across all phases of the program lifecycle
- Support planning and execution of programs within PEO IEW&S and similar organizations
- Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to track program performance and milestones
- Support Earned Value Management (EVM) processes, including tracking, reporting, and performance analysis
- Aid in the development and review of acquisition documentation (e.g., Acquisition Plans, Strategies, and related artifacts)
- Ensure adherence to DoD acquisition policies and frameworks, including DoDI 5000.02 and AR 70-1
- Analyze program performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve execution and efficiency
- Support acquisition streamlining initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts
- Provide program reporting and support to leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or a related scientific field
- Minimum of 14 years of experience in acquisition and/or program management
- DAWIA Level III Certification in Program Management (or equivalent certification)
- Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and processes (e.g., DoDI 5000.02, AR 70-1)
- Experience supporting programs across multiple acquisition categories and lifecycle phases
- Demonstrated experience with Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) and Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting PEO IEW&S or similar DoD organizations
- Experience with acquisition reporting systems (e.g., DAMIR or similar tools)
- Master’s degree or advanced coursework in a related field
Pay
Salary is commensurate with experience. An estimated salary range for this requisition is: $75-112k.
