Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize ROI
- Collaborate with creative and media teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools
- Familiarity with PPC advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles
- Understanding of social media marketing and its impact on brand engagement
