Acquisition Analyst

About the role

The Acquisitions Analyst plays a crucial role in real estate investing at Prism Real Estate Services. They translate financial, market, and property-level data into actionable insights, providing meaningful exposure to real transactions and long-term career development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Track time worked accurately and honestly.
• Use initiative to adapt to task, project, and organizational changes.
• Support comprehensive due diligence for properties under contract.
• Prepare offering memoranda and investment presentations.
• Support articulation of investment thesis, risks, and return profiles.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, Accounting, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (internships included).

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and adherence to PRES policies and procedures.
• Experience with CoStar, Yardi Matrix, ARGUS, and/or RedIQ.
• Familiarity with real estate finance and debt structures.
• Previous experience in property management, business administration, or finance.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Sound decision-making and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Independent judgment and confidentiality maintenance.
• Effective utilization of Microsoft Office applications.

$24.00 - $31.00 / Hour FT Non-Exempt
