Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential acquisition targets
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisition opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks and develop strategies
• Prepare and present reports to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
• Proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is a plus
